Hey, I'm Victor. This is what I think about food waste:
ResponderExcluirWasting food is a big problem in the world and in Brazil. A lot of people don't have food at every meal, and sometimes some people don't eat for one or two days. On the other hand, other people have more food than they really need, so this excessive food will go to the trash and dumpsters all over the world. This fact shows the inequality, and how things that do not make any difference for some people can really help others.
Our society has to stop this immediately by donating the excessive food to community centers, besides being more conscious. Moreover, the government has to create some programs to help these people, as "Prato Cheio" of São Paulo government that help the unprivileged.
What do you suggest?
Hi I´m Rosane, a psychiatry reseacher and I like consistent research. Therefore, I will give my opinion about organic food.
ResponderExcluirNowadays, we have constantly seen in the media a lot of things about organic food, most of them are about its benefits. Nevertheless, the media doesn't show the scientific researches.
Standford University researcher Dr. Crystal Smith-Spangle said there are no benefits about organic food, and the only thing that is worth is the higher rate of phospherus. According to her research, people's worry about organic food is the pesticide rate; however, the evidence shows there is no significant difference in relation to conventional food.
A small country in Africa, Buthan, has a government policy to incentivize all the farmers to produce organic food. Otherwise, the country will have to import more for their consumption.
Have you seen any research on organic food?
